1. We work as our clients’ appointed agent
- Unlike a Dealer, we take no vested interest in any equipment we market or procure.
- Unlike a Broker, we do not sit on lists of equipment for the sole purpose of making an undisclosed mark-up as a part of a transaction. All our commissions and costs are agreed in advance and we provide written marketing progress reports.
- We focus on end-user to end-user transactions at “fair market value” not “auction realisation value”
2.
Our global reach means a greater pool of buyers
and sellers
- In marketing or procuring equipment, we utilise our global database of contacts, providing you with access to wide pool of buyers and sellers.
- As there is a global market for most equipment we work with, we can generate correspondence in languages to suit the target audience with translations into Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish as required.
3. We represent
your best interests at all times
- Our services are paid for by our client and we do not charge a “buyer’s premium” so there is no confusion as to who we are working for and on behalf of.
- When forwarding offers, we provide an insight into the discussions and negotiations we have had with the buyer and make suggestions on what course of action could be taken with the offer at hand.
- We negotiate the price and terms of sale with potential buyers, while you always retain the final decision to sell.
4. We provide
turnkey solutions that are flexible and
cost-effective
- Our proven systems and processes mean you don’t have to develop and manage these in-house, which means you can stay focused on your core business. And there is no need for unnecessary overheads as our services are available when and where you need them.
- We provide ultimate flexibility by customising solutions to the varying needs of each project. We can even manage the removal, relocation and refurbishment of equipment on your behalf as a separate service once a transaction has been completed.
- All transactions are invoiced directly by the seller, avoiding any confusion with equipment ownership.
