Fitted with RDSA 0512-1114A with 0 hrs since rebuild, BUT35 M7 boom, BMH216 Feed and running RCS version RCS4 4.11 rev2.
Meters reading: Engine at 2,153 hours, powerpack at 8,078 hours and percussion at 1,531 hours.
This drill rig had remained idle since it had $200,000 in refurbishment work completed in October 2021 including:
BUT35 M7 boom refurbished, feed holder refurbished plated pinned and bushed.
The carousel was rebuilt and the rail has been replaced.
New feed cylinder, BSH cylinders and stingers installed.
RHS box has been rebuilt, and new wiring and DCVs as required.
Complete hose loom change for both booms.
The telescopic boom has been refurbished with new wear components.
The rotation motor was replaced on the pusher head and the pusher head was tidied up.
All panels were removed sandblasted and painted and the cabin has been striped with wiring and lining replaced and a new air conditioner has been installed.
The drill rig and including RCS has been function tested on 1000 Volts.
Included with the drill as a package: 2 x hydraulic cylinders, 2 x valve banks, a crate of new vales, new hydraulic motors, meters, and cables plus a mixing pot, various mudguards, and sundry items.
